Cook-along with personal chef Connie Spiros and together create an easy and elegant menu for your family and friends.
Cooking should be fun, with simple recipes and quality ingredients - and best shared with people you love!
When you register, we will send out the recipes so you can cook along. Or, you can simply watch Connie prepare the Appetizer, Main Course, and Dessert!
About Connie:
After years working in the world of financial services, Connie followed her dream and enrolled in cooking school, learning from some of the greats including Jacques Pepin and Julia Child.
She offered cooking classes in the Metro Boston area and for 10 years hosted a cable TV show called Meet Me in the Kitchen.
Her mantra today? Cooking should be fun, with simple recipes and quality ingredients - and best shared with people you love!
The Menu
Spanakopita Puff Pastry Swirls
- Bitesize for an appetizer, or larger for a meatless lunch or side dish.
Herb Encrusted Cod
- a flavor-filled preparation with homemade breadcrumbs and fresh herbs.
Chocolate Coconut Panna Cotta
- a fan favorite, this dessert is oh so chocolatey and uses coconut milk to keep the calories under control.
